You’re a robust individual with a passion to excel in whatever you do, and creating Sports content (focused on digital engagement) is your #GotGame thing and wordsmith is your hidden middle-name. And we’re a multi-licensed Sports Management agency and represent ? athletes, work on giving them trend-setting solutions – with the head of a consultancy and the heart of a creative agency.

If the swag of Sports world (not just cricket – there we said it) tickles your fancy and you have done some extensive (let’s say 3 years of) content development and account/profile management and can show some of your work – lets talk.

General role and responsibilities include:

  • Managing social networks of account/clients (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc)
  • Key: Keep an eye out for client performances + real-time content creation (ad-hoc)
  • Planning, creating the weekly posts calendar and seeing through its execution
  • Giving direction to creative team for posts/videos design
  • Providing content for client/account websites/captions/edits/write-ups/blogs etc
  • Update website(s) through WordPress dashboard and updating posts/pages/etc 
  • Write press releases 
  • Write statements, proofread text, etc
  • Community management on socials
  • Attend events with clients for content 
  • Work with other brand managers for content requirements
  • Communicating  with companies/agencies for payment collection
  • Creating social media weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports and insights
  • Assisting with putting together pitch presentation/decks, and documents like brand guidelines, cost estimates, etc 
  • Managing photo library and various database(s) 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate (in anything; BBA preferred)
  • Language: Advance level English and Urdu (required with a capital R)
  • Location: own (Lahore; periodic meets @ office)
  • Hours: 50 hours a week at own timings (core are 2-6 PST)
  • Term: Full time permanent (this is not a freelance gig it just sounds like that, sorry ?)
  • Hours: core 2pm to 6pm
  • Pay: 70,000 – 100,000 gross PKR/month 
  • Computer skills: Must: social media networks, Asana/task managers, WhatsApp, Microsoft apps, Google Suite, WordPress Dashboard, and the likes. Good to have: basic photoshop
  • Project management skills –ability to schedule, deliver tasks/projects on time, and consistently meet deadlines are crucial
  • Communication – in addition to writing skills, the Content Manager should possess strong verbal communication and listening skills as they interact daily with senior management, clients that include athletes, corporate and management personnel(a), content specialists, marketing/PR professionals, and web page designers
  • Detail-oriented – to aid them with proofreading and editing tasks
  • Organizational skills – the ability to arrange ideas and main points into coherent articles and content
  • Analytical skills – to examine data produced by content performance tracking and explain this data in detailed reports
  • Multitasking –be able to produce content for several projects at one time
